Client Background

RCCO is a premium branding and design agency specializing in SaaS businesses. Founded by an ex-Google designer, RCCO has helped startups craft high-impact brand identities, web experiences, and product designs to support growth and fundraising efforts.
Despite their strong creative expertise, RCCO lacked a structured SEO and marketing strategy to generate inbound leads. Their website attracted some organic inquiries, but without clear service positioning or content strategy, visibility remained low.
The Challenges
1. Strong Design, But No SEO Strategy for Lead Generation
- The website had excellent design and UX, but lacked an SEO framework to attract organic leads.
- There was no keyword targeting, structured content, or internal linking strategy in place.
2. No Clear Service Pillars for SEO & Positioning
- RCCO offered a range of services, but there was no clear breakdown of core offerings on the website.
- Without defined productized services, search engines struggled to understand what RCCO should rank for.
3. Needed to Rank for High-Value SaaS Keywords
- RCCO wanted to own rankings in the UK for terms like “SaaS web design” and “SaaS branding” to attract the right clients.
- The absence of dedicated service pages and supporting content made it difficult to compete for these industry-specific searches.
4. Wanted to Launch a Blog for Top-of-Funnel Lead Generation
- RCCO needed a content strategy to bring in potential leads through educational, top-of-funnel blog content.
- There was no structured plan to target long-tail SaaS-related queries that could drive awareness and engagement.
Our Approach
We developed an SEO and content strategy that clarified RCCO’s service offering, expanded their content footprint, and improved internal linking. The goal was to establish RCCO as a leading agency for SaaS branding and design while driving consistent organic traffic and inbound leads.
1. Discovery: Defining RCCO’s Core Service Pillars

Before implementing SEO, we needed to define RCCO’s core services in a way that made sense for both search engines and potential clients.
We worked closely with the team to identify their highest-value services – the ones that brought in the most revenue and were easiest to onboard new clients for. This allowed us to create structured service pillars that could act as entry points, with opportunities to upsell additional services later.
At the same time, RCCO was looking to expand into new service areas. We ensured our content and SEO plan supported both their existing offerings and the new services they wanted to push.
This process led to the creation of four clear service pillars:
- Branding – Logo design, brand identity, and visual systems.
- Website Design & Development – SaaS-focused websites and UX/UI design.
- Product Development – UX/UI for SaaS platforms and digital products.
- Video & Animation – Explainer videos and motion graphics for storytelling.
By defining these pillars, we ensured all content would be well-organized, improving both user experience and search visibility.
2. Content Strategy: Expanding SEO-Optimized Service Pages & Blog Content

With the core service pillars in place, we built a structured content strategy to target high-intent searches and attract inbound leads.
We created dedicated service pages optimized for long-tail, conversion-focused keywords relevant to RCCO’s offerings. These included pages like SaaS Website Design & Development, Brand Identity for Startups, and UI/UX for SaaS Platforms.
To further capture targeted traffic, we built pages tailored to key industries RCCO worked with, such as Branding for FinTech Startups and Web Design for AI & Machine Learning SaaS.
The Blog

Alongside these service pages, we developed a blog roadmap designed to attract SaaS founders, product managers, and marketing teams. This included educational content, case studies, and industry insights on topics like How to Create a SaaS Brand That Stands Out in 2024 and The Role of UI/UX in SaaS Product Adoption.
By combining SEO-driven service pages, industry-specific content, and informative blog posts, we built a repeatable content framework that improved search visibility and established RCCO as a trusted leader in SaaS branding and design.
The Results

Within 12 months of implementing the strategy, RCCO saw measurable improvements in organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation:
- 0 to 2,500 monthly organic visitors, establishing a steady inbound lead pipeline.
- #1 rankings for 150+ high-intent industry-specific keywords in SaaS branding and design.
- 50+ high-quality backlinks acquired, strengthening site authority and search performance.
- A structured content framework was established, allowing for continued expansion.
By defining clear service pillars, scaling content strategically, and optimizing technical SEO, RCCO transformed its website into a growth engine for attracting SaaS businesses.
